My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I got situated right next to the elevator was surprisingly quiet, and I appreciated the spacious size of both the room and the bathroom. However, the overall room quality was not up to my expectations.

The dining experience, especially after paying a high price, was over CAD200, which some may find expensive. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, very clean, and had everything I needed. The view from the 16th floor was simply breathtaking, especially at night. The service was a bit of a mix as some staff were really helpful, but others seemed a bit rude, which was a downside. The housekeeping staff even went above and beyond by pushing the elevator button for me. The shuttle driver was friendly and greeted me warmly. The Fox Bistro serving staff were cheerful and attentive, and they served an excellent breakfast.
